Reentry Partners

We connect, collaborate, and amplify reentry support through partnerships.

Reentry Partners is a community-driven initiative dedicated to strengthening collaboration across the reentry ecosystem.
We help organizations, advocates, and local programs work together to make reintegration after incarceration more connected, transparent, and effective.

Through partnerships, shared knowledge, and trusted communication, we aim to make second chances stronger and more sustainable—one connection at a time.

Our Mission

Reentry Partners was created to bridge the gap between community organizations, workforce programs, housing providers, and financial-education initiatives that support returning citizens.

Our mission is simple:
connect those who help others rebuild their lives.

We believe that collaboration is the key to reducing recidivism and building lasting opportunities for people re-entering society. When networks communicate and share what works, entire communities benefit.

Projects & Collaborations

Reentry Partners contributes to projects that expand access to verified reentry resources and amplify the work already being done by dedicated local groups.

One of our ongoing collaborations is:
👉 SecondChanceGuide.com — a growing national directory helping individuals find reliable housing, employment, legal aid, and financial rebuilding resources after incarceration.

By connecting reentry programs and sharing information through trusted channels, we strengthen the entire ecosystem that supports second chances.
